online signature collection
If you support one of the linked initiative you are using a seperate signature collection system which is certified by the European Commission and the data collected there will only be used for validating your support of the initiative by your national voting commission. More information about the online signature collection see at the online signature collection system of the initiative you intend to support. The individual initiatives are organisations of their own and are not part to this website or the owner of this website.

how long we store the information
We will store the information until the European Citizen Initiative is concluded and all legal responsibilities and liabilities have been concluded. We expect this to be for maximum 5-10 years after the end of the related European Citizen Initiative.
what rights you have on your data
Data we got from you when contacting us will be deleted immediately if it is not relevant for the European Citizen Initiative. If it is relevant and you want to correct information transferred, please send us an update using the same contact address.
Logfile data cannot be changed or deleted for technical reasons. Google analytics insights will be deleted as soon as not relevant anymore.
when we send data to third parties
We do not intend to send data to third parties. However, for technical reasons we might use external services for spam detection or analytics of attacks on our system (if any happen).
